Changing oil should not cause any running problems, providing that the oil was put back into the engine and did not leak out. I would check all vacuum lines to make sure that none became disconnected. Check all wiring as well though it's pretty difficult to accidentally disconnect anything. Harness connectors are usually difficult to unplug even when you do that on purpose. If you find nothing unusual, you can have a code scan done free at most larger parts stores. That should give you some idea which sensor may be giving you problems. On GM cars, make sure that the duct work between the air filter and throttle body on the engine is secure. The mass air flow sensor is mid-way between the filter and tb and needs proper air flow in order to operate.
Though the system appears complicated it really isn't but only careful testing can reveal problems. All your sensors work together and when one fails, the computer tries to compensate which causes symptoms that do not always match the problem. The one very necessary item in diagnostics is the use of a scanner and that's one thing I cannot do from here but I hope some of what I said is somewhat helpful to you in understanding what is going on under the hood.

Engine surges 100rpm?

Here is the common cause of surges, stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

Rough idel , cuts out while in drive , stalls ,engine skip

Take the car to a garage that has a computer. I had the same problem and it turned out to be the idler solenoid that is located on top of the engine on the fuel injector port. The computer will diagnose the problem in a short time.
