Fritz, Clear codes, Plugs and coils try switching them around, not using the same cylinder, to see if code changes to different cylinder. this would help diagnose bad coil or plug. See links below for full instruction. I have had this code come up because of a bad/dirty fuel injector also. Last link tells what other reasons code could be thrown.

you don`t if say if you know but these codes mean misfire on cylinder 1 and cylinder 2.you also don`t say if you tried anything to fix.check out plugs they may need changing,it could be bad ignition wires or dirty injectors,or even dirty valves(not closing completly)causing misfire.you could have low compression on these two cylinders also.
Sounds like you may have a misfire. Scanning the computer for codes will help you narrow down the possibilities. If it is a misfire you will see a code or codes similar to P0301 thru P0306 which are specific cylinder misfire codes. P0301 being cylinder number 1, P0302 being cylinder number 2, etc. You can then focus on those cylinders to see whether they are getting spark or the condition of the spark plugs.
Try the crank pisition sensor that is vary likely to be the couse of your misfires its working but its intermintly shorting out telling the pcm that you have a misfire and setting the codes
