Its called the fuel relay. It cost approx. 50 bucks and plugs in behind a bracket that has the cruse control mounted to it, I just fixed the same problem.

I have a 93 accord lx it starts right up when the engine is cold but after you drive it and it warms up it wont start up till it cools down. i'm thinkin its a problem in the distributor. any ideas?

Have your main power relay checked. It seems to fail when the car warms up and then starts to work again when the car is allowed to cool down.

Vibration at idle

it may be idle control sensor or a bad mas air flow sensor--maf sensor in otherwords. or could be engine misfire at cold temp. start. only time when cold? or does run better when warm? try warming engine to operating temperature before driving,if problem removes it's self after warm up,up grade gas to 93 octane for 1 tank full. then see if problem goes away. it's cold where you are right? if so the fuel needs to be at least midgrade 89 octane fuel because 87 octane fuel will not start your honda correctly at cold temps. in cold weather 93 or super gas octane will start ,no problem, low octane fuel sometimes gels, or freezes at low temps. if in warm climate, change the fuel filter, add fuel injector cleaner to your fuel tank[preferablly lucas fuel treatment] this will lube your fuel injectors and give better fuel mileage. thank you for choosing fixya.com

check your wiring for dirty connections or broken wires, you may have wires that are rubbed through or connectors that are not making full contact. you will need an ohm meter and check wires for continuity. a wiring diagram will be needed.

91 accord rpm going up and down while car idleing

It sounds like you have air in the cooling system, it doesn't take much air to get one of these engines to do this. Most people just fill these cars up with coolant and cap them off and that's what happens. The easiest way I found to remedy this is take the cap off the radiator when the car is cooled down, top the antifreeze up and put a drain pan under the radiator, because some will spill over, Then start the car and let it idle. You will probably notice it start to produce significant bubbles, just keep topping it off as the bubbles work there way out. Once the cooling fans come on the level will start dropping again. Slowly top off the radiator as the level drops and once the fans stop pop the radiator cap on and it should be fully bled out. I hope this helps.

Smoke

If the smoke is blue and goes away after it warms up and the engine runs fine. It's most likely your valve guild are worn, they are common to let oil run in to the piston chambers when the engine has been parked for a few hours and most notice when parked over night. Nothing to loose sleep over, good luck
