Does a 1985 Chevy silverado have a TRC valve that you could use on a 1985 Gmc suburban

The tail light fuse is under the rear seat on the drivers side.

No.. we just went and replaced our 97 chevy transmission...It has to be that year of a truck...97 Yukon, Tahoe, Sierra or Silverado...That is it.. When chevy made that year of the truck they only made that transmission for one year. You will need to make sure that it either a split transmission which means the torque convertor is separate from the bell housing unit. Call any transmission shop they will tell you the same thing. and that transmission are hard to find.

I use a 15W40 for diesel engines year round in my 1982 6.2 and in my 1994 International without any problems. Hope this helps.

You can check out your local auto parts store for a Haynes or Clymer repair manual. I know that AutoZone, O'Reilly's, and Advance Auto Parts all carry these manuals at a cost of $20-$25. They contain the wiring diagrams for the major electrical systems. Unfortunately that's probably going to be one of the few sources for a vehicle that old. I happen to own an 85 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton. What type of problem are you experiencing? Perhaps I could assist you.

Turn the ignition key to the RUN position. Fully push and release the accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds. If the CHANGE OIL SOON light flashes 2 times, the system is reset. However if the light comes on and stays on for 5 seconds, the system did not reset. Repeat the procedure if the system does not reset.

if rear wheel drive the combination valve has be held open.you have to have a combination valve depressor tool .you need a scanner to do abs brake functional test.
