Buy a box of tools & a large jack, get started fast and make for every bolt & screw that is attached to the bumper. Pull off gracefully with out doing any harm to man or machine.
I'm afraid there are only 2 ways to look at this, Allan, make a pot of coffee because it going to be a long job or get a workshop manual that at least tells you where the numerous screw and bolts are. Removing these items are notorious for the hidden clips screws bolts etc.
On my Durango ther was one long screw that pivoted the broken unit out. Unscrew the one screw until it comes out. I found this out after removing my bumper cover. Good Luck Hope this helps
