If you own a car with a console and bucket seats, and the interior lights worked and just stopped.First thing to check is the ash tray,a lot of people pull the lighter out since they dont smoke and put loose change in the ash tray.I have found hundreds of cars where the change overflows or just missed the ash tray and a coin went down in the lighter socket and blows the interior dome light fuse, first remove the coin then replace the fuse.Place a cork in the lighter socket or go to the auto parts store and get a cap for the lighter.
you have a short in this circuit, it must be repaired before you stick that fuse in. a wiring diagram is how you can trace that circuit, testing each wire for continuity, or a short, is the only way to find your problem.
horns only one of to wires takem reroute same route new wires u have a short between the fuse box n the horn befor u put to much money into fuses they can be pricey when u add them all up shop costs n total just re place ur to horn wires
did u recently put a new stereo system inmost recent cars alot of there securety systems run through it an it effects the lights the horn and if its making the system short out out the battery also.
the horn circuit is that theres 12v fed to one side of horn and works when its return is grounded at the horn button,,the feed to thec/liter may also be the feed to the horn,,the horn staying on may be the button return spring has calapsed and the contacts not seperating
find what fuse is, You have to follow the wires with patience, from the fuse box to the item, you have a short circuit look if the horn + wire is not touching metal outside or inside the steering column, have You replaced the steering wheel? if the same fuse covers the dome light, take it a part and see if the + wire is touching the inside of the roof, plastic melted, or look at the on and off Dome switches at both doors, look for the positive wire on radio, antenna and main light switch, yo can disconnect every item and check any time hot wiring that fuse with copper wire every time, to You are sure
