If its water in the "gas" the best thing to do is drain the tank dry first then put in fresh fuel,,but it will need new fule filters as any water that gets into them will make them swell up inside and block the fule supply?
Could be a coil or even a ignition module issue. I doubt its a gas issue. Could be clogged injectors or even a failed injector. You need to determine what cylinder is misfiring by unplugging wires untill you find the one that doest change the RPM. Also a intake gasket leak could cause a given cylinder to misfire.

Pulled plug wires one at a time and could not find one cyl giving me a problem all the ones I pulled made it run rougher. I know it has to be something simple because it started out of the blue.you can get it to rev up but it is rough getting there and won't last > I was able to drive it home but it stalls when you are not giving it gas
