turn signal switch most likely. But it could have a faulty flasher relay. the signals and the hazards probably have seperate flasher relays and possibly on different circuits so check fuses as well
The relay switch is probably bad. The relay switch is the hazard lamp switch located in the center console. i pulled mine out and got a cheap used one at a used parts shop and the problem was solved
