I changed the 4l60e twice in my 2005 Chevy Silverado and it still doesn't shift at all....I checked the pump and it has the correct pressure....what is wrong

Did you consider that the control module may not be commanding it to shift . The E in 4l60 E stands for electronic . Did you check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .
Diagnostic Starting Point - Automatic Transmission
Begin the system diagnosis with Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle . The Diagnostic System Check provides the following information:
The identification of the control module or modules which commands the system

The ability of the control module or modules to communicate through the serial data circuit

The identification and status of stored DTCs

The use of the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle identifies the correct procedure for diagnosing the system and the procedure location.
Symptoms When it has been determined through Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle that no DTCs are present, begin symptom diagnosis by reviewing the Transmission Component and System Description . Reviewing the Transmission Component and System Description information enables you to understand the operation of the system. This helps you determine if the condition described by the customer is normal or if a malfunction exists. If it is determined that a malfunction exists, identify the concern by referring to the table Symptoms - Automatic Transmission . The table Symptoms - Automatic Transmission provides common diagnostic categories which relate directly to diagnostic information or procedures.

Where is the transmission tag id located

for that generation of Ford/Lincoln vehicle (1998-2004)

it's a E40D / 4R100 automatic transmission

so you can look for those letters /numbers on the housing just above the trans pan

but 2 sites give you a better & easier ID-ing of the transmission by counting the bolts and looking at the shape of the transmission pan
How to Identify Ford Automatic Transmissions eHow

another site has a trans type on the door tag: if it's "E", then you got that the type of trans i mentioned above

Trouble code po700 dodge 1500

Many vehicles have a control module for the automatic transmission called a transmission control module (TCM). The engine control module (ECM) communicates with the TCM to monitor the automatic transmission for faults. If the TCM detects a fault in the automatic transmission and sets a transmission related fault code, the ECM is informed of this also and sets a P0700 in the ECM memory. This illuminates the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) to let the driver know there is a problem. If this code is present and the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) is illuminated that basically means there is at least one transmission code set in the TCM's memory. P0700 is an informational code only. It doesn't point to a direct fault in the engine, only a general fault in the transmission. More diagnosis is necessary to identify what the transmission fault is. This requires a scan tool that will communicate with the transmission module.

Automatic transmission not shifting gears

Get the problem identified by using an OBD II tester. Shifting problem may be due to transmission fluid, change if necessary. Check fuel pump pressure and also check the voltage output of the oxygen sensors.

How can you tell what type of transmission is in my 1998 chevy malibu

Whether your Malibu is:
(a) 4 cylinder 2.4L SFI DOHC Vin "T", or
(b) 6 cylinder 3.1L SFI OHV Vin "M"

SFI = fuel injected
DOHC = dual overhead camshaft
OHV = overhead valves
Vin = 17-digit unique car identifier - the 8th digit identifies the engine (not the transmission), and
as you can see, your engine will be identified by the 8th digit = "T" or "M"

your car has the Chevrolet 4T40E automatic transmission (aka "automatic transaxle")
Here are some specifications:

Does the 3.0l transmission fit on the 4.0l engine

There are 5 automatic transmissions used in the Ford Ranger, Explorer and Mountaineer. They may be identified by checking the transmission code on the Safety Standard Certification Label attached to the driver's side door post, in the space marked Trans. The transmissions can also be identified by a tag attached to the lower left hand extension attaching bolt. The transmission codes are as follows:
  • 1991–94 code T is for the A4LD transmission
  • 1995–99 code T is for the 4R44E (2.3L, 2.5L & 3.0L) or 4R55E (4.0L) transmission
  • 1996–99 code U is for the 4R70W (5.0L) transmission
  • 1997–99 code D is for the 5R55E (5-speed automatic) transmission
So, what you need to do now is...establish from a FORD workshop, whether both the A4LD and 4R55E transmissions share the same components and mounting dimensions.
