Question about 1998 Chevrolet K1500
Remove the pulse motor control board. it is where the connector connects to the wiper motor under the hood. 3 torx screws if i remember correctly. resolder the conections between the board and the connector ( 4 or 5 pins ). I just had this problem and this fixed it.
