Question about Ford Explorer
You could go from the inside and remove the inner panel, then use a pliers to open the latch so the door opens. To remove the inner panel, you will have to remove all the screws in panel, then it will need to be gently pried off after all screws are removed. Then you will have access to the door rod and latch.
