SOURCE: water leaking in blower motor
pull the plastic grate cover off the cowl at heater AC outside air intake at the base of the windshield and check to see that the cowl drains are not plugged with leafs or other debris, this is the common cause, if the drains are clear seal around the cowl air intake with automotive silicone caulking.

Get a can of spray air like to clean a computer key board with find the drain talked about above. Most times its under the pass side fire wall, blow up in the hose end with compressed air, that should clean the drain out.

I believe that your vehicle has two large fuse/relay assemblies. One is under the hood and the other"may" be under the drivers side passenger seat. The owners manual will list all, and I mean many" fuses and relays. Check them all with a test light or if you think a relay is at fault just switch to alike relays and see if that fixes your problem.
