It could be a weak coil, bad ignition module. a bad crank sensor or even a bad computer. If you poured fuel down the and it still did the same thing then it wasnt a fuel issue. It is ignition related

I did not say ignition switch. I said ignition module. Are you sure the spark plugs arnt fouled out. if there black you have a fuel control issue. Could be a pressure regulator, altitude sensor like map or MAF depending on what you have or 02 sensors, Or even a clogged exhaust system. Remove the 02 sensors and try to start if you suspect a clogged exhaust.

I recently changed the fuel injector hoses opn my 1994 dodge shadow and now it won't start. Any suggestions?

While someone operates the ignition key (to 'on'., not start), push in the pin to the schrader valve on the fuel rail until gas comes out in a steady stream (have a rag ready to catch fuel)-this will bleed the line of air.

I don't remember where the relay is but the fuel pump is in the tank and it will have to be removed to replace it.

1994 saturn 1.9L wont start

Try checking and making sure you are getting fuel to the fuel rail there should be a serator valve on the line on the engine. If you are not getting fuel to it make sure the fuel pump fuse and relay are in good working order. Check and see if you can hear the fuel pump running. If you are not getting fuel to the rails and can not hear the pump running the pump is possibly bad.

Car simply will not start or fire

Assuming it's fuel injected, check your fuses (there is a fuse for the EFI and fuel pump). If the fuse is fine, then the issue is most likely your fuel pump (located in the fuel tank). You can change the fuel regulator (located under the air cleaner unit) but it sounds like a bad fuel pump.
If it's not fuel injected, please post back for other options.
