Best bet will be to grab a test light and run it over every fuse you can find.

What would be the cause of a horn not working on a 2002 oldsmobile alero?

loose connection, remove front of steering wheel and check underneath. theres a copper ring, that when you press the horn it should make contact with another copper bit . or you need a new horn (where the sound actually comes out), or the 2 wires that go into the actual horn have come loose. you can find the actual horn usually by looking under the front of the car.

I'm fixing up a Camaro I bought from a friend and one issue I can't figure out is why the horn isn't working. I've checked all the fuses under the hood and they are all good. When you

the clicking sound you here is the switch get out a test light go straight to your horn have someone hit the button if your test light lights up your getting power next thing to do is to check ground use a ohm meter and check for less then .5 of ohm of resistance any more is bad and you should run a new ground if your still un sure hook the horn straight up to the battery and see if it will go off lol good luck!!!

2005 toyota corolla horn doesn't work

You can replace the horn. Check to see if the wires connected to the horn have power. Check with a test light. If power is present then the horns are bad.

1988 ford broncho horn doesn't work ,relay clicks when horn button is pushed,I replaced the horn it still doesn't work. what should I check next.

OK, try to use a test light and connect the horn lead to ground to see if there is current, and to see if it sounds. If it does, then the wiring is fine to the horn itself. The relay may click, but are the contacts ok? Maybe swap out the relay for a new one.

1991 Toyota Tercel horn doesn't work?

Use your middle finger.
Or, do you hear a relay click when you press the horn button? May be the relay went bad (dirty contacts inside). Or possible lost connection behind the horn button.

Horn does not work, horn buttons are good, horn contact in steering cololm is good, battery level is good, can't find a fuse in fuse box for horn.

if you take a test light and test all the fuses in the fuse box and if they are good then when pushing on the horn button you can usually hear the horn relay working(click).if it does then you need to check the horn itself.take a wire and run it from the battery positive cable and connect it to were the horn wire connects to the horn,it should blow(make sure of a good connection),if it does then it could be a dirty connection at the horn.if it doesn`t blow then the horn needs replacing.you can also use the test light and test for power at the horn wire at the horn itself to see if the horn is being feed power from the horn button to the horn.

My car horn randomly goes off while car is off?

The horn works by earthing, normally done by you pressing switch, if the horns wire or the internally creates a contact to earth(chassis) your horn will sound. Take your switch apart on you steering wheel & give it a clean.
Hope this helps, if not, remove wire at horn end, leaves you with no horn but peaceful nights.
Have a nice day.
