SOURCE: 2001 toyota tundra towing issues

There are a number of aftermarket kits specifically made for your vehicle.
I did a quick search on yours, and here's what I found

Not a bad deal for $55, and it's all plug and play.

SOURCE: radio, cigarette lighter, clock display went out

Under the hood there is some. Not sure about your application, but it might control interior stuff too. It will be a bigger amperage than normally inside the car though

I got a 98 Toyota 4 runner, trying to install a after market radio. I cannot find the right wiring harness anywhere anyone got any suggestion

snowking 580,
i just installed an aftermarket stereo and got my harness from Best Buy. Get the harness with 2 connectors. you will have to remove the factory amp behind the stereo and use those connectors. my issue is that after i did the install, my dash lights dont work. what i dont understand was there were 2 antenna looking cables and stereos only use one. hope this helps and if you have the same problem let me know how to fix it.

What's a good after market radio for a 2005 impala

there are 100's of replacement radios for vehicles, what you need to keep in mind is,,, if your factory radio has the vehicle info on the radio screen, its connected to the computer and all that goes along with it, I have an 02 Malibu, and had a new radio installed, But they had to route wiring to the trunk, ( thats where they put the factory radio and wired it in ) so that all my factory functions still worked, I was a little displeased with Chevy for having this attached to a radio, and since the CD player stopped working in the original, I was able to purchase a new radio, amp , and have it and the old one installed , rewired, and it still cost me less than Chevy wanted for a replacement of the old radio, Just due to the CD not working, so be sure and check around when looking for a replacement,

Where is the 4 channel amp located in the 94 nissan quest.?I am trying to install a stereo and there is no sound due to the amp. I need to know how to wire with the built in amp.

I just installed an after market radio in my 94 Quest.
The easiest way is to buy a Nissan Quest Radio Wiring Harness for Premium Sound. It will have the complete wire hookups. You can also hook up the blue wire from the new radio to thefactory (I think Blue or Blue/White) wire on the harness. That will turn the factory amp on.Hope this helps ,good luck

My radio is loosing preset after turning off ignition. 2002 tundra

If you just installed the radio its possible the power wire for the radio memory and clock is not hooked up to a constant hot 12v source. Also if all wiring is correct its possible there a bad connection or contact check connecters.
I had the first problem with a JVC radio I installed once it did not have clear instructions on the always 12v hot wires.

How can i install an amplifier in my honda accord 2005. it has a factory radio. i want to use the factory radio without installing an after the market radio. so how can i best do it for my self. do i need...

By using an amplifier with "HI INPUT" jack. You would use the signal from the actual car speaker wires. just tap into them and extend it to the amp input signal. I would recommend a SONY amp that's cheap and reliable. You can get one 800-100watts from ebay or walmart for about 100 dollars. Get a amp wiring kit and you are good to go. Contact if you need more help. Thanks for using FIX YA.

Take out dash(tundra) for antenna installation

You could do an antenna installation without removing the dash. Take out the center assembly with the radio and hvac controls and the glove box. You'll have enough access to run the antenna wire from its stock location to the radio.
