The cigarette lighter and 12v outlet plugs dont work on my 2005 pt cruiser. I replaced the #20 fuse and still no power. Any suggestions?

First off does the window switch on the passenger side? if it does then you may just need the drivers side window switch. The front and the back windows work seperate from each other.

find your owners manuel find what fuse is protecting those two items check those fuses with a volt meter . if the fuses has failed it did its job . you over loaded that curict

I'm assuming that you are talking about Sebring Sedan, check the fuse panel in the Power Distribution (underhood), PAGE 219 from Owners Manual.

You will need to take it to the dealer to get the computer re programed. It happened to my 05 pt convertible and the windows and top would not work. this is not a warrenty item it is software. about $ 400.00 DLRs. Nash Ox CA.

When you turn the key on the ASD relay should turn on the fuel pump and power the injector, Do this lets cheat the system go to the ASD rely open the cover expose the inside have some one turn the key on does the ASD make contact? If not turn the key on collpase the ASD so it make contact do you hear the fuel pump come on? Now try this just as how you iopen the ASD do the same to the starter relay. Put the car in gear e brake on someone in the vehicle in case the car start and you are in front of it and it runs you over so at least they step on the brakes. Key on ASD exposed as your collapse the starter relay does the ASD relay turn on? Here why if you can control all the relay from under the hood you will need a ignition switch (the eletrical part)
