Vacuum source under hood is disconnected or broken. look for a THREE WAY CONNECTOR WITH A ONE WAY VALVE.

One hose is connected to someting that looks like a plastic ball or a metal can, the other to the intake manifold and the last one follows wires usually near the heater a/c assembly under the hood... usually that hose is thin nylon and is either black or purple... all of them come together at a Tee looking part with a cone shap in it.

No lights are most likely the dimmer switch at the light switch, Replace it. rear defrost, could be a broken wire, switch is bad, or the little stands that go across the window, one is broke. No heat, probably the vent motor on the passenger side under the dash, close to the center console.

92 buick park ave only blows heat through defrost

Sounds like you might have blown the BM unit. As far as the vent selection goes, I worked on a Buick LeSabre a few years ago with the same kind of trouble. There is a vacuum distribution block down under the glove compartment that directs the route air goes. It is notoriously trouble. In my case the block was poorly formed. Sometimes the vacuum connections on the block are plugged, sometimes they crack or break off. Unless you are a full blown Mr Fixit you just need to replace the block.

Vent/defroster fan

A mechanic would check for power and ground at the blower motor.
Could be the motor, a fuse, the resistor, or fan switch.

I have a 96 buick park avenue that the ac doesn't work. No air comes out of the vents when I turn it on

If the blower is working, your door that controls hot/cold air may be stuck. If it is not, check your fuses. If it is the blend control, you can reach behind the glove box and manually try to open.

I do not get heat out of the driver side of dash or flor.I get some on passenger side.the heater core is ok.the air contion is ok everthing under the hood is ok.

The distribution of air is controlled by vacuum activated flaps in the ductwork and one of these is stuck. You may be able to free it by changing the the flow control on the dashboard otherwise, someone with a good back has some disassembly to do.

92 buick park avenue won't blow hot air - temp control seems to be working

Make sure there are no leaks and that the system is full to capacity. After the vehicle has warmed up check radiator hoses for temperature differecial also check heater core hoses. A significant difference in temperature may indicate a plugged heater core or thermostat failure

92 buick park ave security light on car wont start

Someone put the wrong key (resistor value) in the ignition lock, you will have to disconect the battery for 3 min. Make sure you have the right key. Very important! Make sure the climate control is off before disconecting/conecting the battery.
