Question about 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora
I would check the fan fuse and check that the fans work when power is supplied to them. It maybe a bad circuit in the computer that turns the fans on. I've seen alot of these GM's with this problem, always leads back to the computer. There is no fan switch.

on the passenger side of the radiator, there is a temp switch, see if the wires got disconnected or cut. is your A/C on when you start the car? if so, turn it off, maaybe forcing the fans on.

make sure it is full of coolant, next check for a bad fan relay, to see if fans are ok! run a wire from positve post on battery to positive on fan motor, ground other side if need be. if fans do not work they are bad, if they do work, check relay to fan and coolant tempurature sensor if needed.
