Question about 1990 Chevrolet K1500
You need to check the fuel pressure when this happens to rule out the fuel pump. What about the ignition module. Have you changed that. If its idling rough you need to ohm the injectors and if possible look at the spray pattern. It should be conical with no dripping or spitting. Both injectors should be about 15 ohms or at least the same plus or minus 2. Get the specs to be sure. Also you may have a weak coil. All these things can cause this problem
