With fuel injection this is a tough battery wasting task. You must pump the fuel pedal to get fuel through the system and air out of it while turning over so the fuel pump will finally prime and get the truck to run. If this doesnt work you may have to unhook an injector and turn over doing the same thing. Once primed you may still have locked the injectors themselves up, if you have they may need to be replaced. Running out of fuel sometimes cooks them.

i have tried and tried this solution but no go i charged batteries fully made sure fuel is flowing and tried to disconnect the left rear injector but i dont know if i let it out enough or not how will i know

i dont see that it went threw that i have tried those things and no go how much do i need to loosen the injector and what one

Remove the injector, any injector from the fuel line as to remove resistance to allow prime pump to have no pressure to build. Once you get fuel flow through the line you know you can hook the injector back up to get fuel pressure up.

Sounds like you have bad gas. Gas goes bad after a couple months of sitting. I've gone through plenty of other options when trying to figure out this same problem, and it turned out to be the easiest problem of having old gas. Try running fresh gas straight into the fuel pump and see if it turns over then.

Diesel 1989 F-250 set too long and will roll over

You may have to bleed the fuel system. There may be a very small air leak in the fuel supply line and after a long time idle, the fuel seeps bac into the tank, leaving an air lock in the pipe. When you go to start, this air makes its way into your injection pump & needs to be bled out before the engine will start. Begin from your fuel filter bleed valve, next the injection pump using the primer pump to transfer the fuel. Next loosen off the injector pipes and crank the engine over until fuel sprays form all the joints. Tighten injector pipes and start. It may run a bit rough for to begin with, but will soon even out. If it doesn't start, repeat bleeding of injectors.

If a diesel truck sits to long could it damage the fuel pump

Well,
It depends upon the enviroment the truck is stationed in. If you did not drain the truck before parking it for a long time. It tends to block intake valves etc.

99 Taurus wont start unless primed. Fuel pump is working

Check/Change Fuel Filter(s), PVC Valve & Emission Hoses
and/or
Gas that sits too long won't fire easily that's why we have to add winterize to our lawn mowers!
Try filling the tank with some high grade fuel cleaner additive. This stuff is like rocket fuel (about $10).
Also add a can of dry gas as you may have a lot of water and water vapor in your system!
Get a couple more cans of starter fluid too. (I always needed at least two to get my diesel running for summer)
Keep spraying and starting (It always took me at least a full can sometimes 2)
When it starts keep the gas pedal down and rev high for a good 5-10 minutes then see if it will idle.
If it still stumbles and falls consider adding another can of fuel system cleaner and/or dry gas.
Don't drain the tank as this usually just makes it worse by letting the bottom sludge stir up.
Never let your gas tank get too low as this will foul up your fuel system and always add fuel cleaner after every oil change (a must for fuel injection and cat. converter care)

Good Luck!

Deisal out of gas wont start

The fuel system has a bleeder located on the engine, located near the passenger side front of the engine. Open the bleeder, turn the engine over until you can see fuel come out on the ground near the front of the engine. Close the bleeder, attempt to restart the engine. It may take a couple of tries, but it should start after five or six attempts. Do not run the starter for more than twenty seconds per attempt, with at least one minute between attempts.

2000 F-250 7.3 diesel, cuts out runs rough no power

Well, you have to let diesels warm up before you drive them so the engine gets warm and it may not sound right at first because if its not warm the compression gets off and doesnt fire right. If you try to give it too much gas before its warm, extra diesel will get in the cylinders and misfire. Then when it does fire, there is a lot of extra fuel in it so that causes the smoke and smell. You should always let it warm up for a bit before driving when you havent driven it for a while.
