The pcm is located on the drivers side in behind the fuse/relay panel against the fenderwell. You will have to remove the screws holding the fuse/relay panel, and move it out of the way to get to the pcm if you decide to remove it. Make sure to disconnect the negative cable from the battery first before you do any type of work. Also make sure to ground yourself to the van body before you handle it. Without doing this will damage the pcm, (static electricity). hope this will help you.

My cooling fans on my 98 plymouth voyager don't work. While troubleshooting the problem I see in the electrical wiring diagram that the PCM controls the fans among other things. How do you program a new...

Before trying that there is a simple test for the fan. While running the engine turn on the ac if the fan comes on there is nothing wrong with the fan or the computer. There is a relay switch mounted on the driver side under the fans that is the most likely culprit.

I have a 97 Plymouth Grand Voyager with a 3.3L and I have 3 codes. the codes are P0117, P1493, and P0137. I have talked to the dealership and they think it is the PCM, but want me to come in for a...

P0117 is coolant level voltage low.
P1493 is Ambient/ Battery Temp sensor input voltage too low.
P0137 is O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2.

I would check the battery voltage and connections first, reset the codes and read off the first error code as it appears if it does.
