Question about Mitsubishi Diamante

1 Answer

How do I replace the front structs on my 1994 Mitsubishi Diamante? There appear to be two mounts on either side of the engine when I open the hood. Do these have to be removed before the old struts can be removed?

Top mounts and bolts need to be removed, then the bottom part of strut needs to be removed. A spring compressor will likely also be needed to compress the springs to pull them out.

I need to know how to change the spark plugs in the back of a Mitsubishi diamante 1994 - the car seems to have a miss. Please help! The wires are sparking fire

In some cases, you may have to do it from under the car, using swivels and extentions. In other cases, you may have to remove the front motormount, and rock the motor a bit.

1994 mitsubishi diamante wont crank sounds like the fuel pump is working

You should not be able to hear the fuel pump running as the fuel system should be continually pressurised. If you can hear the pump running (i assume with just the ignition on) i would suggest the pump is faulty and not delivering the required fuel pressure to open the injectors.
