Inspect the motor mounts for cracks or breaks in the mount. Ask a friend to stand at the right front fender with the hood open while you start the car. Make sure the emergency brake is on and you block one of the rear tires in front of it and in back of it with a brick or similar solid material. Put the car in drive (1st gear for manual transmission) and with your foot on the brake pedal rev the motor for a few seconds at about 1500-1800 rpm as your friend watches for excessive left and right movement from the engine. Then do the same in reverse and have him stand on the left side and do the same. If one mount is bad it is recommended that all the engine mounts be replaced. There are usually 2 or 3 for the engine and one for the transmission.

Xf falcon ute has an annoying rattle on passenger side either dash or door any suggestions please

If the rattle can be heard while stopped and engine running then have someone looking for you try finding the source or engine not running then I would go to the side of the car and try bouncing/moving the car up and down. This may give you an idea as to where and or what is causing the rattle.

RATTLING NOISE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT TIRE

The first thing to check on a rattling noise is if going over minor bumps in the road if that is when it makes noise is a sway bar link, they make a rattling noise. If you raise that wheel up you might also want to try and wobble the wheel to be sure it is not a tie rod end or ball joint. Typically I run into the sway bar links or the sway bar bushings making the noise. However ive even seen it be a rock sitting on the strut plate.

Rattleing front end and Airbag on/off

You have two separate problems. The noise in the front is possibly the sway bar bushings, there was a problem with them on the dakota, durango and caravans. The airbag light problem is probably the clockspring. It is behind the steering wheel.

Brakes

first make sure to ask if the cv joints or axels are new or rebuilt,
if they are rebuilt, make sure to have the ring close to the sensor inspect for posible crack on it, and on the brake light most of timesx they come with a wear sensor, make sure that sensor is been replaced, since here you are not explaning if you replace the brakes your self or a shop did it, you might explained but i did not see it or pay atention , any way make sure to doble check than the wear sensor for brakes is been replaced, since not all the auto repairs will do it, and finally i suspect than one of your calipers might be loose, just have your car take to a diferent auto repair than offer free brake inspection and have them check for posible loose calipers
