Question about 2004 Toyota Corolla
Open the underhood fuse box next to the driver' side fender. The relay is the smaller one nearest to the negative battery post. The relay is marked M/G CLT. Simply pull it straight up, wiggle a bit if you have to. Then plug in the new one.
