Check for bad connection to the battery. Use a volt meter to check voltage from alternator to the battery, should be 14.5 volts to 15 volts. If you have anything less than that then look for a bad alternator wire from alternator to battery. Also check for a good ground connection to the battery. Do all the testing with everything off inside the car so you will not have a power drain from the system. hope this will help you.

My car did the same exact thing. It ended up being the base that the battery is mounted on was loose. Thank goodness mine was still under warranty and I got a new electrical board, alternator, and battery out of it before they figured out it was a $20 brace that had to be replaced.

I have a 1996 Chevy Cavalier. Battery warning light stays on full, battery still charging. Windshield wipers and power windows operate very slowly.

If the electrical items are operating very slowly and the battery light is on,you may have a charging problem.Recheck voltage at battery positive terminal and at alternator output terminal with engine running, you should see around 14.5v at both.

Interior Dash Lights dim, brake & battery warning lights flash on and off.

Sounds like your alternater, get a multimeter set it to volts start the car then check the battery is getting 14 or over volts from the alternater to the battery , if your getting less than that it's not putting enough volts back to the battery to run the car with good luck colin

1993 Plymouth Voyager 3.3 many different warning lights came on

Sure sounds like alternator, or belt, or maybe just fuse for charging circuit. Get battery re-charged, make sure belt to alternator is tight, and if you have access to multimeter (voltmeter) attach it to battery for reading when it starts. Note voltage when not running, before you start it, and then start & watch meter. Voltage should increase when running. Be aware, it would not be uncommon for belt to come right off on those vehicles, especially when a deep puddle is hit. Confirm it's even there & on properly before you get too carried away.

I was driving when my warning park brake light as well as my warning battery light went on when I was pressing on the gas pedal. As soon as I let go of it, they turned off, as I pressed again then went on....

It's your alternator. I would get it fixed asap or you will be stranded. My mechanic said that mine caught a small fire when he pulled it in the garage. Auto Zone has rebuilt ones.
