Question about 2004 Chrysler Pacifica
As long as it still works some what.. and hasnt degraded in a short time frame.. it may just need to be re-serviced...purchase a big can of r-134a perferably one with a guage on it so you can make sure that you don't over fill it. and finding the low side connector is easier today because there's only one place you can put it on to service it. just find it, and take off the cap, have windows down,a/c full blast, and proceed..you'll know that its starting to work when you hear the pump click really loud,,that means its sensed enough pressure in the system to start producing cold air. if this last for more than 7 days then you'll know that it doesnt have a leak and that it just needed reserivcing.

It is for an oil change mainly and any other service your maintenance manual suggests at the mileage interval. It needs to be reset after each oil change to be accurate.

i have seen this before and what i found to be the problem was the blower motor resistor block shorted out and kept the motor power up all the time. and would end up killing the battery. the resistor is located on the passenger side under the dash kinda behind the glove box
