Question about 2002 Volkswagen Passat
When I turn the heat on and adjust the temp gage cool air comes out the vent regardless of the temp. I don't see any water on the groud and no smoke coming up.
The air conditioner works perfectly.
Temperature flap most probably stuck in cooling position. normally the potentiometer in the flap motor causes the problem. cleaning the potentiometer normally solves the problem.
