Should the pcm on a 99 jeep grand cherokee laredo be changed if a while back the wires were crossed during a battery jump and now the obd is able to give a reading and it stalls out

what are the fault codes reading first
If you feel that the ECM has a problem in itself and not reacting to a faulty sensor get a known good ECM and swap it out as a test

How do I fix code 1389 on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee with a no-start problem?

I would start changing the ASD relay in the Power Distribution Center (under the hood). There are probably some more same relays in there, so you could first swap it with an other one to see if that will solve your problem, before buying a new one. Also fuse 6 (30A) and 26 (15A) in the PDC could be the problem. And fuse 12 (10A) on the junction block (fuseblock under the steering wheel), check them out first.

No fuel pressure,no spark and keep getting a code 11 on my cherokee laredo 5.2.its a 95 model.

Code 11 should be referencing the cam sensor....inside the distributor. If the computer sees no signal it won't allow spark or fuel. Pretty sure they call it a stator in the parts manual. I'd also check wiring continuity and the asd relay as well.

I have a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 Cyl. The vehicle was kind of running rough on idle. Take in consideration that I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires a while ago. So I decided to...
