When you took the belt off you probably changed the timing, take off the belt and adjust it just to be sure.

yer the cam belt looks fine not worn or anythin looks pretty new,
and wen u say adjust where du i adjust it too

Yes, if the timing belt is not installed properly and the camshaft cog and the crankshaft cog are not in alignment, then the camshaft sensor and the crankshaft sensor will be out of synchronization and the engine will not start.

You should check the timing mark alignment and be certain that the timing belt is installed properly.

My1990 ford f-250 leaks coolant below fan when i put it do i fix it?

Hi:) Sounds like the water pump needs to be replaced. you need to remove the coolant, belt, fan, water pump bolts and you need a new gasket and water pump and replace in opposite order.

Where is the water pump on a Ford KJ Laser?

The water pump on the 92 Laser is easily replaced. You just need to untension the the belt driving the bump. Once you have done that all you need to do is undo the bolts and take the pump into your local auto parts dealer. Now that you have the pump install it and retension the belt.

U actually have to remove alternator belt and powersteering/a/c belts, then remove timing belt cover, remove timing belt adjuster, and slide timing belt off top pulley, making sure you mark it before removing it, so as to put it back in same position. Next, unbolt 2 bolts at bottom of water pump (this is a bit fiddly, but doable, then, undo water pump, replace with new water pump, being sure to use gasket cement, aswell as new gasket, which should be supplied with pump, then put it all back together, in reverse order of removal. Fill cooling system, check for leaks, and voila, u have done it :)

Changing ford '99 1.6 zetec engine water pump

cam belt cover and cam belt will have to be replace at same time and the pump as the cam belt drives the pump also.. you should take it to some some that now's what they are doing to be honest because if you time the cams up wrong with belt you will cause a valve damage in the head same as if belt brakes

Belt slipping

If the belt keeps coming off the pulley you have an alignment problem. Check the idler pulley on the truck to see if it is loose or has a worn out bearing. You need to get the pulley that is crooked replaced or shimmed. Did you by chance change the water pump and now have the problem?
