Question about 1993 Nissan Altima
You have to raise the vehicle. Depending on the engine type, the starter/solenoid assembly may be mounted above the transaxle, or below the intake manifold. If you don't have any problems, it shouldn't take more than an hour.

Hi, this is chris. i just replaced my starter. you will need at the least raps to put the car up about a foot! the get under an find ur oil filter! once u locate that look to the left of it about 8 to 10inches over an there it is the to bolts you need to take out will be in i think its the trains an a side bracket. this will be under the intake. bolds about 4 inches apart!
