Remove the battery,remove the battery tray. you will see the blower motor.

  1. Remove the battery.
  2. Remove the battery tray.
  3. If equipped with air conditioning, loosen and move the suction accumulator/drier to access the blower motor. It is not necessary to discharge the refrigerant system.
  4. Disconnect the electrical hardshell connector.
  5. Remove the blower motor housing tube.
  6. Remove four screws.
  7. Remove the retaining clip.
  8. To ease removal, align the flat spot on the blower motor mounting plate with the accumulator.
  9. Remove the blower motor.

Im tryng to locate the fuse for the a/c. for some reason the a/c stop working. i change the motor resistor, and was told to verify the fuse. Where can i find it?

Hi, the blower fuse is #13 in the box by the battery. There is also a blower relay there. If the fuse is good, try swapping the relay.

check for a blown blower motor fuse or a bad blower motor resistor in the plenum housing.

I am trying find my fuse for blower motor. Where would it be located in the fuse box 1999 ford econoline van 250

Check in the Power Distribution Box position "blue" 60AMP (page 335).

The blower motor is not connected in any way to the heater core. A very basic set of tools should suffice.

The blower motor relay is located in the relay panel on the left front fender apron (16054). When the blower motor circuit is energized, the contact within the relay closes to complete the circuit for blower motor operation.

un plug the blower motor, if you have 12volts or more at the plug, then its the motor.

Getting cold

it is a 60 amp fuse in the power distribution box under the hood, if it is ok jump 12 volts to blower motor, if it runs ok then u will need to replace the blower motor speed control resistor located near the blower motor in the heater housing.
