Question about 2000 Ford Crown Victoria
Try fuse #16. it should be a yellow 20 amp. if that's not correct, the fuse location is in the owners manual. if you haven't got a manual, you can go to ford.com and download one for free. also, the lighter element could be bad. $5-$6 at the parts store.
