As the 40 k service is the big one, multiply to 240 to get your basic big service plus any work that YOU ask for.....or any other work your service agent says you may need.remember, you have to ask,"if they find something that needs doing to call you first"(the number of times ive heard some customers say it went wrong after you fixed it so it must be your fault.....try that with your doctor/dentist.

Hearing noise from right rear wheel on 99 saturn sl. sounds like flat tire while driving.

If pressing the brake pedal does not affect the sound, buy a pair of rear wheel bearings and pay a shop to install them for you. If the rear brakes have not been serviced in the past 10,000 miles then buy all that stuff, including slave cylinders if so equipped, and have it done as well as you will save on labor as the thing will be completely apart

You could have a vacuum hose disconnected or a hole in a vacuum hose. See my "How To" on finding a vacuum leak.

Service engine soon; code to engine running too lean...

Yes, it makes sence. I have a 1998 Saturn SL too, and I had to replace the fuel pressure regulater on it. I also had the light go on every once in a while. I asked a guy at saturn, and he said that there was a sencer on the engine that is goes bad after awile. The problem was that it was made of plastic and it would crack, but now they make them out of metal. I don't remember what the sencer is called, but ask a guy at the saturn parts window, and ask him if he knows what the secser is called, he should know.
