Question about 1996 Ford Explorer
Check your fuses first if the fuses are all good then i would say the wiper motor is fried,also make sure the wiper arm bolt is not loose and that the linkage is not poped out, listen for the motor to run this will tell you if the linkage came loose,if not then replace the motor. good luck.
