Question about 2001 Volvo S60
I have a 2001 Volvo S60 I just bought and had to have the tranny rebuilt after 1 week. Nice, huh? The problem now is since the rebuild, I hear a loud rattling coming from the engine compartment that was not there before. Sounds maybe like lifters. When I brought the car in the motor was extremely quiet, now very loud on acceleration, and just higher rpm's. I'm concerned oil pump isn't working or something. I've already put a bunch of money into this, so I don't want to now ruin the motor. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Bring the car back to the trans shop. it is possible there is a bolt hitting something
