there are 2 bolts, front and rear of the alternator, underneath it and an adjusterbolt on a slider bar.loosen all three then refit belt, leaving the main bolts fairly loose, place a lever behind alternator and pull away from block, until belts longest lenth has about 1/2 inch of movement in/out.then tighten adjusting bolt up tight, check movement in belt again,if okay, tighten main holding bolts.check again if all fine.JOB DONE.
their is a black clip about six inches long in an odd shape and it is held on by 2 metal clips and you need to take the clips off. then their is a lock nut around the bulb you will need to turn that lock nut to free the bulb and then disconnect the wiring plug from the bulb and put the new bulb back in
Depends on the engine, but it is generally located behind the 2 bolt flanged fitting that bolts to the block, where the top radiator hose leads to. With respect to the car, if tends to be in the front (side) of the engine, under the intake and exhaust manifolds. Not easily found, and access may be better from the bottom of the car. Let me know what engine, and I can describe it better.
