Is the clunking form the body reaction to the bumps or is through the transmission. What ever sounds like some rubber is missing. Look at frame to body mounts, spring to frame mounts and anti roll bar mounts, basically anything that isolates something that moves from something that should be solid. On the transmission look at rubber prop couplings and universal spiders along with gearbox and engine mounts. Finally check the shock absorber mounts for wear

Truck creaks/goans as I go over rough road or pull into my parking spot... I have taken it in and no one knows what it is, they have fixed bushings, but nope, that wasn't it... Feels like it is belo

Check your ball-joints. There are pros and cons to guessing different components. What I visualize is that you have low motion noise{slow approach to parking spot) and noise going over rough roads(no clutch, no braking).

There was a recall on some gas tank straps, which a rough road could reveal, but it would not affect going into a parking spot. Check rear leaf springs for cracked leafs. The truck body settles when parking and driving motion could make broken leaf spring chirp.

Check motor mounts. The exhaust pipes and joints in what is called the "donut" can chirp if the tailpipes are rigid and the engine moves on bad mounts. The donut becomes the only flexible connection in the exhaust system.

Truck pulls hard to the right after a sharp turn or i hit a bump in the road.

Not safe to drive like that. You have a bad balljoint or bad steering box minimum.. What is happening is the front end has mounting pins called Balljoints and they keep the wheels attached to the body of the truck. One or more of those pins are getting ready to come off of your truck

You will not be able to steer your truck, the body of the truck may hit the ground and you will not be moving after that. I can not really suggest you drive to an alignment shop. This sounds like a Park and Tow job.

loose or worn shocks, worn lower ball joints, worn out front suspension rubber bushings, loose or broken exhaust mounts, have a shop inspect the undercarriage for this list of common problems, I am a 35 year Ford dealer tech and this is what i have seen in the shop on the model u have.

Steering is loose

look at the steering knuckles on the tierod ends for play. they are probably worn. have your steering box sector shaft checked for runout. sometimes they have an adjustment on them. Bushing kits can be had from napa or any reputable off road shop.

Clunk right side front

A few different things can cause the same sound. My advise have your shop shake down the front end.

2001 Tarus clunking sound

very common problem is the sway bay end links that attach to the strut from the sway bar. They sound like a light chuckling knock over bumps. The bushings that hold the subframe up wear or the bolts loosed due to the bushings wearing. usually the rear ones The bushings are 2 piece ,upper and lower Tighten with 18mm socket
