Please look at the bottom left corner of your steering wheel and the port should be around that location or on the bottom part of your dashboard. This would be around where your car's fuse box is located. You'll be able to plug in your obd widget at that port. Otherwise, you can get help at your local autozone to find the port location.

It should be located under the dashboard at the junction with the wall of the center console.

Look at the bottom of the steering column plastic cover , there should be a lable with OBD port location.
As for GPS sorry , no idea.

Driver side under the dash below the steering wheel, left hand side.

should either be under the dash on drivers side, inside fuse box at end of dash on driver's side or maybe even behind the ashtray. I've seen cars with all of these. MOSTLY they are under the steering wheel.
