How do i make a strobe light to flash

The relay for the circuit will also have been removed so that what you are trying to do cannot be achieved. This relay is generally one of a matched pair specific to each build of vehicle and together they control the other emergency functions like alternating head light flashing etc. You will need to obtain a wiring diagram for the build of vehicle you are using and from this determine the location and coding for the relay(s) which have been removed.

1996 nissan maxima is eating cylanoid switches

If "tapping" the SOLENOID ever worked... you
HAVE A DEFECTIVE SOLENOID.

Defective is all inclusive... and when "STUFF"
happens (burns up)... it is VERY LIKELY to cause
COLATERAL damage...

(FRIED WIRES & IGNITION SWITCH)
((fix that "STUFF" later)).

At the SOLENOID ... apply "B" battery DIRECTLY
to the "S" terminal of the SOLENOID...

IF it does not fully spin up the starter 100% of the time
the solenoid or the starter is DEFECTIVE.

My amp light came on and twice it has not wanted to start. I removed and cleaned terminals on 1995 ford aerostar. now it will not start? Oct and 9 are punched on top of battery does that mean 1999? How do...

If your amp light was on before it died I would say it is your alternator. Recharge the battery. Then it should start. Then have the alternator checked.

No electric power, only to feed side of cylanoid

There is a fuseable link on the heavy wire, not the battery cable, going to the hot terminal of the solenoid. That heavy wire (about 12 gauge) supplies power to the vehicle. Take a test light and probe the wire on both sides of that fuseable link (it says fuseable link on it). If you don't have power on the vehicle side of that link, that's part of the problem. Now you have to figure out why it blew. It may have just corroded off, I've seen that happen.

I have a 02 kia rio that has an electrical problem. At first I thought the alternator was going bad so i put another one in and its also reading 12 volts coming out. I have brought it to another mechanic...

I once replaced my alternator in a S10 three times before I got a good one that put out 14 volts, this one came with a lifetime warranty and cost more than the others. Chevy's used to have a problem with a rebuilt supplier. Have you checked for a bad ground wire? Try one more time but, make them test it before you pay and install it.

1998 buick, century 3.1 will not start..help plz!!!

first you might possibly have a loose main ground wire, check all grounds under hood... if not that, try the alternator... you should be able to find a rebuilt one for not alot of cash...
