output speed sensor is the same thing. Sending a picture. It unscrews. Look straight down between the radiator and transmission.

NO-- The seal only is there to contain the oil in the diff housing. If you have a shifting problem with the transmission then the problem will be in the transmission. Run the fault codes and check for faulty solenoids/servos/TCM and oil condition and level.

most likely the speedo sensor in the transmission is worn. look for a sensor on the very back of transmission with a wire harness going to it. that is the sensor replace and your good. this sensor going bad could also mess up your shift points on your transmission and eventually ruin trans

I doubt it.
Unless you damaged something when you replaced the parts, a leak would usually be caused by a gasket or seal going bad and not anything involving what you replaced.

Sounds like rear main oil seal has went bad.You have to pul oi pan,pull transmission to get to it.you might want to take it to a shop not cheap.megabuck

2002 dodge neon transmission will not shift out of low gear. replaced tcm still same problem


check your transmission solenoids see if one went bad also check your vehicle speed sensor if its messed up sending wrong signals

Leaky transmission fluid. possible reasons?

There is a small o-ring seal so I would say it is possible
