Where are you putting it? Do you a puddle on the floor? Does the car run? You have 2 places for coolant to go. One is in the radiator itself, and the other is in the expansion tank, A plastic tank on the side or front with a coolant icon on the cap, If your engine is running, do you notice steam coming out the exhaust after it warms up?? A radiator shop can check this out for you, tell you exactly what is wrong if anything. It may be nothing, might be a head gasket, check it out. Hope this helps.

I had an antifreeze leak. Would put some in every 2 days. However since my last oil change noticed the oil & water are mixing. Is the engine shot.

This sounds very much like a head gasket issue to me.
IF the engine isn't destroyed yet, it soon will be if you keep driving it.
Sorry I couldn't have been the bearer of better news.

You either have a leak or a blown head gasket and will need to get it checked out if no leaks are apparent im afraid to say it will be the head gasket

Antifreeze light says system is low and car runs hot but antifreeze level is where it should be

Sounds like it could be a thermostat not opening. If the thermostat doesn't open then it will get hot because its not allowing the cooled antifreeze from the radiator into the engine. Your car has two circulations with the antifreeze. While your car is running it is heating up the antifreeze in the engine and when it reaches a certain temperature the thermostat opens and takes the hot antifreeze from the engine and puts it into the radiator to be cooled. At the same time the cool antifreeze from the radiator is placed into the engine to keep it cool. If your thermostat doesn't open your engine will get hot and overheat.

Antifreeze disapearing

If you don't see a leak, get it pressure tested. (The coolant system) If coolant is getting into the engine oil, it will destroy an engine quite fast!

Ok my car keeps over heating and i keep putting water into it only last bout 15 miles then overheats again and the water is disapearing i have a mazda mx6

Never put straight water in this will crack your heads. You should be putting the required antifreeze in you can buy the 50/50 mixed antifreeze for your car but find out if you take the old green or the new orange antifreeze. Also if your car is over heating then it might need a new thermostat or you have a leak in a hose that has rotted or your radiator is plugged up which it shouldn't if your car, has been cared for. The thermostat is around $10 at any auto parts store you can have them help you find the right one. And the thermostat is located in the main radiator hose that connects to the throttle body.

Soft plug at the back of the engine is leaking, what causes this?

you engine has about 10 freeze plugs, there were created to be pushed out by ice if your antifreeze wasn't strong enough and froze inside the engine, that way the ice didn't crack the block when it expanded.
what causes freeze plugs to leak is the erosion affects from the antifreeze we use today, when they tell you to change your antifreeze every couple of years, the freeze plugs take another shot of strong antifreeze again, they just rust up on the inside of the engine until they get a rust hole in them

I think the heating core is shot

If the heater core has a hole in it you will see steam that smells like antifreeze and water and antifreeze leaking into the car.Not smoke.
