{: ) Looks like you need a new driver door/window switch. A new switch will need to be programmed to your vehicle to function properly.

Back passenger power window stopped working

I can help with a little testing. On the hinge side of rear passenger door, should be a wiring harness. Probably has a protective rubber boot covering, pull the covering back far enough to get at wire colors in the diagram. One wire is voltage the other is ground depending if the window is going up or down. Use a test lite to check. Key on, I would think.Your front passenger window works ok? If the wires check out good for voltage and ground, could be something wrong with window motor?

Jeep Grand Cherokee 2001 Limited Rear Right Window Works SOMTIMES

if the window is not jammed.
the use a volt meter (walfart$10 any meter works)
you measure the motor pins with the meter,
if 12vdc active the motor is bad.
if less or zero , the feed is bad.
easy huh, no guessing,
if the voltage is wrong the motor will not have power at all or be weak.
so work back from there. to find where the voltage drops.

learn to use a simple volt meter and look for voltage drops.
be happy you dont have a computer in every door like mine.
your car is still simple.
also a motor can be shorted, even intermittantly.
and will cause the voltage to SAG.
i use an ammeter to find that, if the current is too high
measure other door motors. then its a bad motor, or the window
IS JAMMED.

2006 escalade the left side of the driver switches dont work, ie left side front or back windows wont role up or down and the unlock doesnt work. The lock side of the button works and the right side...

has the vehicle been in an accident around the drivers door A pillar? Sounds like there are some wiring issues inside of the harness or connector that goes from the body to the door.

My driver side door wont open how do i get it

sounds like the door lach is sticking
use some wd40 spray the lock and let it sit 4 a while
now since you have the inside skin off reach inside the door with 1 hand and try and open the door from the outside and see if the lock bar moves it usualy pushes down i think on a lach
if it goes up and down with no resistance make sure it is contacting the lach if yes make sure the door is unlocked
somtimes the lock is just stuck
after unlock open the door
push down on lock bar attached to lock then pull up on it if that fails to open door
after that all fails unlock door have friend pull handle and then give the door a good kick from inside just remember not the kick the glass

Rear side windows

This may be just a case of inadvertently hitting the window lock out n th driver door window switch by mistake. Check that first. Here's some background on window operation

Principles of Operation
The driver power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the master window/door lock/unlock switch (and its integrated "auto down" module). Power is supplied to the power window relay and the master window/door lock/unlock switch, and the passenger power window switch when the SEC/timer module grounds the coil side of the power window relay. The SEC/timer module will ground this relay when the ignition is in the ON position and will remain energized for approximately 15 minutes or until the driver or passenger door is opened.
The driver power window regulator motor is a reversible motor that is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The passenger power window regulator motor is controlled directly by the passenger power window switch and can also be controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch.
The passenger power window regulator motor is a reversible motor, which is operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to lower the window, and then reversing polarity on those leads to raise the window.
The power rear quarter glass is also directly controlled by the master window/door lock/unlock switch. The power rear quarter glass power latches also utilize reversible motors. The power rear quarter glass power latches are operated by applying power and ground to the motor leads to open the window, and then reversing polarity on those same leads to close the window.
