If it clicks but doesn't turn over and the engine isn't seized up then your starter probably just isn't getting enough juice, so have your battery tested then check to see if there is voltage at the B+ terminal on the starter solenoid. If you got voltage then check to make sure the battery and engine are grounded properly. If all is good there and still just a click from the solenoid then replace your starter.
