Under the radiator hose that meets the top of the engine
under the throttlebody if you follow the heater hose from firewall on the driverside toward the engine it goes to the thermostat housing.

To get to the thermostat you need to remove air cleaner box assembly from the throttle body and move it out of the way. Next, remove the nut at the throttle body that holds the steel tube that goes to the heater hose, remove all hoses that connect to this tube and raise it out of the way. Remove the steel line that goes to the radiator surge tank from the thermostat housing. Now the fun part. With a 13MM box end wrench, loosen the lower bolt from the thermostat housing. A 13 mm socket will remove the top bolt. Remove the thermostat cover and remove the thermostat. Reverse to install.

Follow the top radiator hose to the engine, you will find the thermostat in a ball shaped housing. That is 99% of all cars, yours should fall into this bracket. 2 bolts hold the ball housing on, take off the bolts if you can with the hose attached, catch the coolant when cold, don't do it to a hot engine, pull out the thermostat and replace it with one about he same temp range. Change the gasket, Hope this helps.

SOURCE: thermostat

Just follow the Upper Radiator Hose from the Radiator the the Motor and where it attaches to the Motor there is a Bell housing. Reove the Hose and Bell Housing and it is Underneath the Bell Housing. Looks just like a U.F.O.

I am not familar with your engine but follow your upper radiator hose to where it connects to the engine block. This is usually the thermostat housing. Another option is to buy a Haynes manual for your vehicle. cost about $20 at autozone
