Question about 2000 Chevrolet Tahoe

There's a electrical sound under the driver side out side the tahoe i turn the tahoe off and it's sounds like a small moter runing under the driver side .

Could be your radiator fan. They will run after the engine is turned off

There is a moter on the drivers side under the hood and it is turning on and off at will what do's it go to

If it kicks on when your in park or turn off it is probably harmonic balancer,it makes the car sit level when it's not.

Where is the fuel filter located ?

fuel filter should be in gas line comming from the tank.
will be close to tank on either drivers side or passenger front of back wheels.

I have a chevy tahoe and my 1 & 2 switch isnt working for my heat & ac

Sounds like the blower motor resistor. It's located under the dash on the passenger side of the vehicle just behind the blower motor itself. It's a fairly easy job to do. Just replaced one on my own truck. Good luck :)

My heater is making a very loud noise that gets louder when the fan is turned up higher. It sounds like something is stuck in the fan maybe. How do I check? Where is the heater moter/fan

Should be under the passenger side dash it will be a round electric motor mounted in the environmental station. More than likely it has a stick or leaves in it, remove the screws holding it in to clean it out. Hope this helps, let me know

Exact same problem, AC Blower motor only runs on setting 3 or 4

under the dash on the right hand side behind blower moter
