Where is the intake manifold located at"?

It is the top of your motor where your throttle tube connects to the engine..it covers all six cylinders to get air to them...basicly there are three main parts of an engine..the block that holds the Pistons, the intake manifold on top and the exaust manifold on tne sides to allow Pistons to exaust..I hope this helps..if your looking to change replace gaskets..faily major job..good luck..

Exaust intake leaking

It's exhaust manifold. There are two manifolds, the intake manifold in the valley between the cylinder heads, and the exhaust manifolds, one on each side of a v figured engine.

And, yes, a leak in the exhaust or the intake will make it run lean. If the leak is close to the engine, it can do harm to the valves, too. There is a gasket between the exhaust manifold and the engine block. Likewise, there is an intake manifold gasket between the intake manifold and the block.

+1996 e300 6cyl lexus - why is gasoline coming out of the exaust manifold

I suspect that what you see is not fuel but water condensation from the combustion process The reasoning is this---. Fuel in the exhaust would ignite and either explode destroying the muffler or be burnt up in the catalytic converter and secondly for the engine to so rich as to allow fuel out of the exhaust it wouldn't run

Smoke coming from the left side of the engine

this may be due to an oil leak getting onto the manifold or the manifold is cracked and exhaust gas is building up in the engine.

if smoke is intence and black this indicates oil.
if it is mid and grey blue this indicates exhaust gas

get checked by a mechanic

i hope this was useful.

Where are the O2 sensor located on a 1997 Dodge caravan sport' and how many are there?

There are 2 o2 sensors on the caravan upstream+downstream
The downstream sensor is located on the exaust pipe at the
converter. As I don't know what engine you have, the upstream
sensors are located as follows
2.4 on exaust manifold firewall side of engine
3.0 on manifold near alternator
3.3+3.8 center of manifold firewall side

Mysterious disappearing coolant

Sounds identical to a problem I had on my motor this year. The EGR or exaust gas recirculation cooler to give it, its full name had failed. Basically a little radiator sits on top of the exaust manifold and admits some exaust gas back into the engine. Its water cooled and they do split loosing coolant internally into the exaust. Good news is its an easy job to replace not so good news is they cost £220. To check yours you need to remove it and look into the pipe that feeds the inlet manifold, any sign of water there and its goosed. Hope this helps, Neil
