Question about 2001 Kia Sephia
If it ran out of fuel, it is likely that the system has picked up any sentiment at the bottom of the tank. At the same time, the fuel pump has nothing to cool and lubricate itself. It is most likely that some pump damamge has occured. Which engine do you have? One engine has the filter in the fuel tank(don't worry, you can remove the rear seat to gain access) the other one is under the car. If you would like diagrams let me know.
