Question about 2004 Ford F150
Trailer brake controller warning - have you been doing some towing recently? If not then unfortunately you will have to take it to the shop - that warning can be caused by a lot of malfunctioning parts (from a 2 amp fuse under the hood to the brake's master cylinder, up to the power relay), the car needs to be tested and the error codes checked.
The only thing you can do is to check that the connector at the rear is clean.
