Where is the fuel filter located on a 1998 camery?

This is only info on a v6 engine, it is located on the passenger side (right hand drive) in the engine bay low down on the suspension tower.

Fuel filter

It runs along the rocker panel underneath the passenger side or driver's side but in front of the rear wheels. It is canister shaped.

None of the windows can be controled excect by the drivers control

There should be a selector switch that switches from driver only control to passenger control - it usually is a rocker switch with a picture of a window on one side and a window with an X on the other side. Its also possible the switch is bad due to corrosion or water getting into the switch panel. The switch panel also has the side mirror controls.

Where is the fuel fiter

The fuel filter is located on the frame under the driver side rocker panel, or door if you are unfamiliar with the vehicle terminology. all you will need is a flat head screw driver and the correct socket to take the fuel filter bracket off with if nessecary, it might just slide out of the bracket.

My electric window on the drivers side and the rear vent window do not operate. Can this be a defective master module on the drivers side door.

It is USUSALLY just the rocker switch in the door there. Water drips on it when window is open during wet weather. This causes the contacts under that switch to corrode. Those are simple an easy to replace. Pop off the inside door panel (screw under the inside door latch handle, 2 or 3 screws under the arm rest - then plastci pop screws all around the sides and bottom. these can just pull out. Then it lifts off the top ledge. turn it and you'll see the switch still attached to the panel. try cleaning - will probably need replacement.

Drivers side window no power

Have you verified that there is power at the rocker switch. They are very common to break. Does your headlight and panel dimmer switch work. The reason being is your power for the window controlls goes directly through your dimmer switch. If the problem is only isolated to the driver side, i would suspect a bad regulator motor or a bad rocker switch.

2003 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Rocker Panel Issue

There are some awesome adhesives on the market. I am thinking about one for boats and just remember "1500" as part of the name. With marine products you will not have any problems with moisture separating it so car washes will be okay.

Front fender removal

Hiya... here's the details of fender removal/installation:
the left-side (same for right-side) fender has 6 bolts attached to the "sidebody" frame.
The bolt location:
3 are on the top fender-easy to find when hood is open,
1 is hidden at the rear of top inner fender-just open the left-front door wide to find it (early equinoxes had foam-like noise absorber material in it, just remove it from underneath fender after the wheelwell liner is removed),
1 bolt is hidden at bottom of front fender area at headlight/bumper area-you need to remove plastic wheelwell liner to gain access,
1 bolt is hidden at bottom of rear fender area where the black plastic rocker panel meets below the fender...
THIS area is probably the most difficult task to do since it requires you to remove a small bolt found on the front of rocker panel behind the front-left wheel then use a flat screwdriver or clip removal tool to pry open the black plastic **clip's 'dime-sized' head prior to pull out the clip's body (it has 8 clips underneath the chassis) then use your hands to grasp the rocker panel underneath, pull it down-toward you...this should do it....USE CARE during rocker panel and clip removal/installation so you don't break the clips!
It also has yellow plastic clips inside the rocker panel (used as a guide during installation into rocker sill holes-use caution not to break it)
**note: early equinoxes had rocker panel clips that you can actually pull it out from the hole, while later equinoxes has 'built-in' clips inside rocker panels that you don't see the clip heads below it due to engineering part design change**
Be sure to exercise care when handing this task!
