The next time the car won't start, check the fuel pump pressure with a pressure gage. Often times fuel pumps will stop working when they heat up. This is the begining signs of failure in those cases. Also you didn't mention whether or not you replaced the ignition control module. These can also fail intermittently due to heat. Also a sign of emminent failure.

Check fuel pressure, if its not 60psi, you need to replace the FUEL PUMP, and filter

Have 97 gmc suburban. Has a jerk to it when I'm crusein on highway and from time to time seems as if im hitting a bunch of little bumps an it boggs down. I let off gas it stops what could this b?

Could be the fuel filter. Watch the speed it happens. IE.. Ok at 50 MPH, hit 60 MPH it starts jerking. Clogged filers will give the pressure need, just not the volume of fuel need at higher speeds.

1999 GMC Suburban V8 starts with little hesitation, I warm it up take off it seems fine then it starts chugging and misfires. It doesn't stall but it clears up in about 5-10 minutes. We just changed...

Might be your coolant temp. sensor. Also, does your suburban have two oxygen sensors? Many cars have one in front of catalytic converter for computer fuel requirements, and another behind the cat., mainly used to measure health of the cat.

I have a 1994 GMC SUV, early in the morning when i start the engine the oil pressure is normal. but whe it warms up the oil pressure goes to 0, when I hit the gas petal the oil presssure goes a little...

You need to have the oil pressure checked with a manual oil pressure gauge you may have a bad sending unit. If the you oil pressure is the same with the manual gauge then you have a oil pressure problem.

Before you start taking apart your dash make sure that your vehicle speed sensor is working. It should be attached to your transmission. Hope this helps.

Have alternator checked and look for loose ground wires sometimes under dash ground wire gets loose and causes all kinds of electrical issues or false readings of trouble lights.

I had an 89 Suburban that started doing the same thing. Change the fluid/filter and add a quart of Lucas Transmission Fix. See how that does. Ultimately, you are going to have to rebuild or replace the transmission as the problem will only get worse in the end. Mine finally went down completely and cost me about $2700 to rebuild.
